PETR is a marketplace platform that connects pet owners with local pet care providers including veterinarians, groomers, dog walkers, and boarding facilities. PETR facilitates connections and booking requests but is not itself a pet care provider. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party providers listed on the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use PETR. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@getpetr.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

PETR reserves the right to remove any provider listing at our sole discretion.
PETR facilitates booking requests between pet owners and providers. A booking is not confirmed until the provider explicitly accepts it. PETR is not a party to any agreement between pet owners and providers and is not responsible for disputes arising from bookings. Any payment arrangements are made directly between the pet owner and provider.
PETR includes AI-generated pet care tips and suggestions powered by Anthropic's Claude. These are for informational purposes only and do not constitute veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns about your pet.

All content, branding, logos, and software associated with PETR are the property of PETR and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, logo, or content without our prior written consent.
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to PETR, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF PROVIDER LISTINGS, AVAILABILITY, OR THE QUALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PETR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, INJURY TO PETS, OR DISPUTES WITH PROVIDERS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PETR and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lafayette County, Mississippi.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms and revising the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
