Booking data: When you request an appointment, we collect the details of that request (provider, date, time, pet) to facilitate the booking.
Reviews: Reviews you submit are associated with your account and displayed publicly within the app.
Usage data: We may collect anonymous analytics data (e.g., screens visited, features used) to improve the app.
PETR uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate personalized pet care tips based on your pet's profile. When you use AI features, relevant pet information (breed, age, species) is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. This data is processed according to Anthropic's Privacy Policy. We do not share personally identifiable information with Anthropic.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Supabase's infrastructure complies with SOC 2 Type II standards.
